Singer-songwriter Kristian Matsson is often lauded as Sweden's answer to Bob Dylan. His gravel-toned, heart-felt vocals and skill with an acoustic guitar evoke the spirit of the rambling planes and open roads of the Americana Folk tradition with a charming Indie twist. The free-wheeling troubadour now heads out on a tour of the US to support the forthcoming release of his 4th studio album 'Dark Bird is Home'.

This Boston-formed country band has been winning over music fans with their diverse style since winning the John Lennon Songwriting Contest in 2006 and self-financing the recording of their debut album 'In This Episode'. With their key influences in classic pop and swing era jazz, they often cite The Beatles as their main inspiration. Their fifth, latest studio album Side Pony takes a slight turn from the old era, with more influence on soul and R'n'B and has been received favorably by critics.

After winning a battle of the bands in their native Reykjavik, their debut record 'My Head is an Animal' became a world-wide hit, with lead single 'Little Talks' cementing their place in the mainstream.

As well known for their infamous feuding as for their groundbreaking punk rock work, Violent Femmes have been out of hiatus since 2013, and are ready to show the States why they are one of the best acts in punk, having released their ninth studio We Can Do Anything, the first since 2000's Freak Magnet. Their new commitments finally put to bed the infamous lawsuit between Ritchie and Gano over THAT Wendy's ad song....
